Strange maiden from land without death or sin—Hill folk. Only the young man could see her—invisible to everyone else. She asks him to come away with her because she loves him. Tempts him with a fairy crown, eternal youth. King calls a druid to save his son from the temptation. She was vanished. Spent a month mourning her—only ate the food she left. She came back and he left with her.

Greatest holiday of the year. Sees a small, old man. A leprechaun! Can’t take your eyes off of them or else they disappear. Making his own beer? From some unbelievable substance. All a trick to get the man to look away so the leprechaun could escape. Swore to kill the old leprechaun if he did not take him to his treasure. In the end the leprechaun tricked him and left safely.

A woman working into the night. Women keep coming in her house to make wool with her. 12 witches with horns. All wove wool and didn’t speak to the woman. Under a spell, she began to feel like she was dying but was unable to call for help. Forced her to make all the witches a cake. Spirit of the well took pity on her and cast the witches out.

3 maidens emerged from a lake. Immortally beautiful—man fell in love. Tries to woo her with bread, which she disses repeatedly for reasons. All he had to do after she accepted was tell her apart from her sisters the next day. Knew her only by her sandals. Promised to be the best unless her hit her three times for no reason. He touched her three times without cause and she left him. Took back everything she had brought with her. Came back when her sons were grown to give them gifts of healing.

Hired to make trews in a single day. Offered larger reward if he finished it during the church over night because it was haunted. Didn’t even phase him. Just kept sewing through everything. Huge ghost rising out of the ground. He had to finish his trews before it came all the way out. Succeeded and ran away from the church.

Are they supposed to be something I recognize? List of things to kill the other to stop it eating the other’s raspberries…??? What news today? Don’t get it.

Okay Snow White. Let’s go. Mother blinded by rage that her daughter was more beautiful than her. Wife became ill and said the only thing that would cure her was eating the heart and liver of her daughter. Husband told his wife he would bring her those, but tricked her and sent his daughter away in a marriage contract. She buys it for a year. Finds out decides to visit her daughter. Husband dumbly thinks it’s a good idea. Daughter gets locked in a room so her mother won’t kill her on the visit. Mother poisoned her anyway and she died. Too beautiful to be buried. Immediately remarried. New wife woke up the daughter by simply taking the poisoned stab from her finger. DUH.
